To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:

• There is NO Return & Refund on testers.
• Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be undamaged.
• To initiate a return, kindly share a photo or video proof of the product to confirm it’s not broken or tampered.
• Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping and delivery charges, which may vary based on your location and courier partner.
• Both forward (delivery) and reverse (return pickup) shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
