Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Customer Satisfaction Priority: At LaScentlo, the first and the most important aim of ours is customer satisfaction.

2. No Refund Policy: We are still at the stage where there are no refunds on any purchase. 

3. Exchange Policy for Defective/Damaged Items: We provide exchanges only for a very few of the items      for a case of defect or damage. The kind of the product is returned identical to the original order. 

4. How to Request an Exchange: Contact the email address info@lascentlo.com and follow it up with the     exchange process. State clearly your order details and the problem in the email. In addition, you can         send images that will serve as proof of the damaged or defective product so that the process can be         faster.

5. Exchange Conditions: Return which will only be for identical items is valid. Exchanges can be called not      later than 7 days after the arrival of the order.
